The EFL formed as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization to bring services directly to the homeless Veterans on the streets. One of our goals is to create a Center for Services for homeless Vets — providing a roof, temporary housing, education and training, 3 squares, and the support and respect due to our Veteran population.

We are dedicated to improving the lives of homeless and at-risk veterans and their families.
